Recommended for the analysis and evaluation of ceramide-containing products, starting with skin barrier (moisturizing) products!
Glucosylceramide (hereinafter referred to as GluCer) is a functional ingredient involved in skin moisture retention. Various types of GluCer with different molecular structures are found in natural plants, showing differences in their main components.
